The new Polaroid Now Gen 2 - Eames Edition is a Limited Edition camera designed after the iconic style of Charles and Ray Eames.
Charles and Ray Eames, two of the most influential designers of the last century, were instrumental to Polaroid's early success through their communications campaign for the SX-70 camera in 1972. They created four educational videos on Polaroid instant photography, positioning Polaroid cameras as more than just a photographic tool, but also as a tool for artists, designers and creatives.
In honor of this special collaboration, Polaroid is now launching the Now Gen 2 in the iconic Eames fiberglass color 'Elephant Hide Grey'.
The Polaroid Now Gen 2 - Eames Edition stands out because of its unique color and the striking wristband, which is inspired by the geometric pattern of the iconic Eames Toy.
This special edition offers the same advanced features as the standard Polaroid Now cameras, such as a self-timer, double exposure mode and a 2-lens autofocus system. In addition, the camera is made from 40% recycled material, which contributes to a more sustainable future.
