The Yashica FX-D series is all about deliberate image-making. There are no digital imitations through apps or filters, but rather a direct photographic experience.
The three models feature a classic film-advance lever and offer six built-in film simulations, ranging from the warm tones of Ruby 60s to the grainy black-and-white look of MONO 400. This creates an authentic-looking image without the logistical and financial burden of developing analog film.
One Series, Three Flavors
Whether you capture street scenes, shoot short videos or simply want to share your everyday impressions, there is an FX-D to suit your style. All three models share the same classic design and intuitive controls, but each has its own focus.
The Yashica FX-D 100 is the most accessible of the three. Lightweight and versatile, it has just enough features for creative work. Its 13-megapixel Sony sensor, 3x optical zoom and choice of autofocus or manual focus make it perfect for snapshots, travel photography or a quick vlog with character.
The next step up is the Yashica FX-D 300. This camera is designed for anyone who wants to get a little more out of their images. With a 50-megapixel sensor, strong low-light performance and built-in optical stabilization, it captures every scene with clarity and atmosphere.
The fixed 24mm f/1.8 lens provides plenty of depth, while digital crop modes (35mm, 50mm and 60mm) offer flexibility in angle of view without the need to change lenses.
For those who want to take things even further, there is the Yashica FX-D S300. This is the FX-D 300 with an electronic viewfinder, for photographers who prefer looking through a viewfinder to using a screen. It is ideal for focused work, especially if you prefer to shoot without distractions.
With 3-axis in-body stabilization and real-time autofocus, this camera is also fully equipped to deliver sharp, stable images for both stills and video.

Pricing and availability
At the time of the announcement, the new Yashica FX-D 100 and Yashica FX-D 300 were expected to become available in September, while the Yashica FX-D S300 camera was expected in October. The stated prices at the time, including VAT, were € 279.99 for the Yashica FX-D 100, € 399.99 for the Yashica FX-D 300 and € 499.99 for the Yashica FX-D S300.
