Jake Burton Carpenter, the pioneer and founder of Burton Snowboards, dedicated his life to snowboarding and transformed a simple backyard hobby into a world-class discipline. He captured inspiring moments with his trusted Leica camera and displayed the photographs on a bulletin board in his kitchen.
To honor this visionary, Leica and Burton Snowboards introduced a special edition: the Leica Sofort 2 Burton Edition. This unique version of the Leica Sofort 2 is inspired by the exclusive “Jake Blue” design. In addition to its striking pattern, this edition differs from the standard model through the Burton logo on the camera’s top plate. It comes with a practical Burton camera bag.
As a compact, modern instant camera, it effortlessly bridges the gap between digital photography and the tangible analog world. Users can print selected photographs immediately.
