The Photographers’ Café at Woerden Castle presented another varied program for photography enthusiasts.
The afternoon program began at 14:00 with the FCKW College with Cees Rijnen: Photography beyond reality. The session drew on forty years of experience in advertising photography.
The evening program began at 19:00 with Photo Plaza. Emerging photography talents Maartje Martisan and Kayley van Rossum presented their work.
At 20:00, Marieke van der Velden spoke about My career in photography.
Marieke spoke vividly about how she began in photography, how she combines commercial assignments with personal projects and what motivates her. She also discussed several projects. The talk was intended for anyone who loves photography and storytelling.
The evening concluded at 21:15 with portfolio reviews by professional photographers. The reviewers brought many years of experience in photography and as coaches and mentors, offering practical guidance for developing photographic work.
