Fujifilm introduces the Fujifilm X-T30 III, a compact mirrorless camera that continues the design and controls of the X-T30 II. It combines the 26.1-megapixel X-Trans CMOS 4 sensor with the ultra-fast X-Processor 5, approximately doubling image-processing speed compared with the previous model.
The updated AI-assisted autofocus automatically recognizes and tracks eyes, faces and subjects such as animals, birds, vehicles, aircraft, trains, insects and drones. Improved processor efficiency also reduces power consumption, giving the X-T30 III a battery life of up to approximately 425 shots per charge.
The X-T30 III combines speed, precision and endurance in a lightweight body weighing just 378 grams including the battery and memory card.
The X-T30 III has a dial for selecting Film Simulations . The same control was introduced previously on the X-T50 and X-M5. The dial lets you switch intuitively among 20 Film Simulations, including REALA ACE with true-to-life colors and clear tonal transitions, and NOSTALGIC Neg., which offers rich, soft tones.
The dial also provides three programmable positions (FS1–FS3), allowing users to save their own color recipes and recall them quickly in different situations. This keeps the ideal digital film look ready for every moment you want to capture.
The camera supports 6.2K/30P video in 4:2:2 10-bit and offers 4K/60P and Full HD 240P slow motion. Digital image stabilization corrects both small movements and larger vibrations, producing smooth handheld footage and video while moving.
The pop-up flash and AUTO mode lever are retained. In automatic mode, this X-T camera recognizes the scene and selects suitable settings, useful for anyone who wants to start shooting immediately without adjusting numerous controls.
The 1.62-million-dot tilting LCD screen makes it easier to shoot from low or high angles, while the ergonomic grip provides confidence during extended use. Images can be printed directly through a wireless connection to Fujifilm instax Link printers (mini, SQUARE and WIDE) without opening the app.
