About the Author
Rico Pfirstinger writes the popular X-Pert Corner blog and runs workshops under the name Fuji X Secrets, sharing tips on using Fujifilm X Series cameras. He studied communications and has worked as a journalist, writer, and photographer since the 1980s.
He has written numerous books on subjects ranging from computer technology and desktop publishing to dog-sled racing. He served as head of special assignments at Hubert Burda Media in Munich, Germany, and later as editor in chief of a winter-sports website.
After eight years as a freelance film critic in Los Angeles, Rico now lives in Germany again and devotes his time to digital photography and compact camera systems.
