As a street photographer, Alan Schaller consistently points in the direction of art. His photos are characterized by an inherent minimalism, which, however, is only visible at first glance. If you look closer, you will discover the complex world of thought that Schaller puts behind his photos. What seems like a fleeting snapshot shines in stunning perfection.

It's the details that make Alan's photos unique. He creates patterns of buildings and people, making them flow into each other. The result is a holistic composition in mutual dependence, where one seemingly cannot exist without the other. His work is often abstract and captivating with elements of surrealism and geometry.

What seems like a fleeting snapshot shines in stunning perfection.

Alan Schaller studied music and initially worked for film and television, and also performed on stages himself. He discovered photography as a hobby to clear his head. And if you look closely at his photos, you will notice: Alan is still composing. He doesn't capture the moment, he tells a whole story, in a flash.
