Professional photographer Jan Rijnders was the audience winner of the RED photo contest on Fotografie.nl. His prize for submitting the portrait of a model covered in red paint was a Forex wall print from Fotofabriek.nl and a €25.00 gift certificate for Fotografie.nl’s Fotokadoshop.
Jan Rijnders: "This photograph is from the series red & blue. It was a liquid-color shoot in which two models were pelted with water-based paint from two sides: one with red paint, as in the winning photograph, and one with blue paint."
A total of 90 photographs were approved by the editors for this contest, and the public cast 312 votes.
