Tamron has introduced its first Canon RF-mount lens: the Tamron 11-20mm F/2.8 Di III-A RXD (Model B060). This ultra-wide-angle zoom lens is designed for Canon APS-C cameras with an RF-S mount.
The lens offers a fast F2.8 aperture throughout the zoom range and covers focal lengths from 11mm to 20mm, ranging from ultra-wide angle to wide angle. Despite its performance, the lens is compact and lightweight, keeping it well balanced on smaller APS-C cameras, making it ideal for everyday use.
Image quality is high thanks to a carefully designed optical system. At 11mm, macro shots are possible with a minimum focusing distance of 15 cm and a maximum reproduction ratio of 1:4. This enables creative close-ups with dynamic perspectives.

Tamron’s quiet and precise RXD motor drives the autofocus, making it suitable for both stills and video. Moisture-resistant construction and a fluorine coating on the front element help the lens withstand challenging weather conditions, adding to its versatility.
