It is a true paparazzi photograph
The set was completely sealed off, but with a powerful 600-millimeter lens I was able to photograph Brad smoking a cigarette by the canal. He looks a little like James Dean. If I had had the time and he had asked me to make a beautiful photograph of him, I would not have succeeded as well. It is a true paparazzi photograph, yet somehow it is almost too beautiful for that.’
