The Maria Austria Institute again offered prints to its friends and associates by popular request. The selection featured winter photographs from its collection by Maria Austria, Kees Scherer and Cor van Weele.
Buyers could choose from three photographs printed on fine-art paper, carefully packaged and delivered by insured mail. The offer provided an accessible way to acquire a classic print while supporting the MAI and the preservation of its collection.
The photographs were printed on fine-art pigment paper measuring 20x25 cm, with an image size of approximately 19x19 cm and an original stamp. Photo laboratory De Verbeelding handled printing and shipping.
The sale price was € 135, including VAT and delivery within the Netherlands.

Customers were asked to include their name and address details in the email, plus shipping details if different. MAI would then send an invoice and dispatch the print after payment with track-and-trace shipping.

It Maria Austria Institute (MAI) manages a historical photography collection by notable 20th-century photographers whose work forms an enduring part of Dutch visual heritage. Based at the Amsterdam City Archives, the institute also works with the archive. It was founded in 1976 after the death of photographer Maria Austria, for whom it is named. Photographers represented in the MAI collection include: Maria Austria, Kees Scherer, Sem Presser, Eva Besnyö, Paul Huf, Jan Versnel, Philip Mechanicus and Jutka Rona.
