For those who are fans of James Bond and photography, there is now the Leica D-Lux 7 007 Edition. The presentation of this limited special edition of Leica's high-end compact camera is even accompanied by a photo exhibition in London from the photo archive of sixty years of James Bond films.
Ever since the first film in 1962, Dr. No, photography plays a central role in the James Bond universe. In On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969) used James Bond, for example the Minox to covertly record the locations of agents with deadly biological weapons.
Film producer Michael G. Wilson, who is an avid photographer and passionate collector, has opened EON's photo archive to an exhibition of legendary Bond photographs. The exhibition Photographs from the James Bond Archive is on view at Leica Gallery London until March 21, 2023.

The set comes in a specially designed presentation box and will be available in the Netherlands from the end of February 2023 at the Leica Store Amsterdam and the Leica Store Lisse. The recommended retail price is €1,990 including VAT.
