About the Author
As a young boy, Frank Doorhof was already fascinated by his grandparents' darkroom. His grandparents took photographs and made slides. His entrepreneurial parents also used an analog camera and developed their own photographs. Later, he continued to follow developments in digital photography and film closely. Reading a wealth of information on the World Wide Web and in magazines deepened his knowledge and passion for photography and filmmaking.
Frank soon proved to have a talent for model photography and released an instructional DVD, the first of many. In 2010, he became the first European Kelby instructor. He went on to become a sought-after speaker at seminars, trade shows, and photography clubs, including on other continents. He has also written articles for Dutch and international magazines and teaches on-location workshops around the world for beginners and advanced photographers alike.
