The Datacolor LightColor Meter simplifies exposure and color settings for photographers, videographers and cinematographers by providing accurate light and color determinations. This eliminates the guesswork by providing real-time updates via the LightColor Meter app, ensuring consistent exposure across multiple cameras and different lighting conditions.
The LightColor Meter measures all types of lighting with high precision, from varying outdoor conditions to studio setups, including flash and mixed artificial/natural light sources. Users can sync multiple meters to monitor different areas simultaneously, saving time and increasing accuracy in complex lighting situations.
In addition to the color temperature, the meter also measures the Duv value (green-magenta shift), allowing users to correct color deviations with LED, fluorescent or daylight sources. It also helps balancing flash and ambient light to prevent unwanted color cast.
With up to fifteen warning messages, the meter informs users about changes in light intensity or color shifts. It ensures accurate white balance from the start, reducing your reliance on auto white balance and giving you more creative control.
