The new broncolor Stelos 800 L is a portable monolight with 800 joules of flash energy, designed for professionals who demand maximum control and quality wherever they work. Thanks to a smart battery that can be charged during use, the Stelos delivers reliable performance without compromise.
As expected from broncolor, the Stelos delivers outstanding light quality, this time in a considerably more compact and intuitive design developed and manufactured in Switzerland. Its bright LCD offers configurable display modes, ranging from minimalist to fully detailed, while two buttons and a rotary push-button make operation simple.
Adjustable Color Temperature and HSS
A first for the monolight series is adjustable flash color temperature, a feature previously found only in high-end power packs. The Stelos also supports High-Speed Sync (HSS), making it ideal for action shots.
The powerful LED modeling light offers color temperatures from 2700 to 6500 K and can be adjusted to suit the situation.
V-Mount Battery for Maximum Freedom
The Stelos 800 L uses the universal V-mount battery system, compatible with batteries from broncolor and other brands. It can also be charged during use via USB-C with a standard laptop charger or the included 140W adapter.
This open system lowers operating costs and is more sustainable than traditional lithium batteries, making it especially appealing to rental companies and high-volume users.
Seamless Integration into Existing Workflows
The Stelos integrates seamlessly into existing broncolor ecosystems. It supports RFS 2 and 3 transmitters, the bronControl app through built-in Wi-Fi, and bronAPI for custom solutions.
For larger sets, multicolor indicator lights make units easy to identify. The robust bayonet mount supports broncolor’s entire range of light shapers, including the large Paras, for maximum creative freedom.
