Wijnen discusses the ins and outs of this major photography festival. The twelfth edition of the international BredaPhoto Festival opens on September 11, 2026. Held across the city of Breda, the festival presents photography and audiovisual art in unexpected locations such as parks, the former police station, and a former women's prison. This edition explores comfort and resilience.

Under the title Our Songs Came Through, BredaPhoto presents compelling photography and video art. BredaPhoto tells moving stories about people in different parts of the world who may be closer to you than you might expect.
