About the photographer

Alva Velázquez is a corporate photographer in Blaricum, specializing in corporate photography, business portraits, branding photography, event photography and industrial reportages. He also creates 360° virtual tours for companies. During a shoot, Alva creates a relaxed and informal atmosphere, helping employees and entrepreneurs feel at ease quickly. The result is professional imagery with a natural and sincere appearance.

Alva is a good match for companies that want to present their organization, employees and work in a recognizable and professional way. He photographs in offices, at company locations, during events and in industrial environments. With his mobile studio, he can portray complete teams on location, keeping the lighting, background and overall look of the images consistent.

His photography is suitable for websites, social media, campaigns, annual reports, employer branding and other corporate communications. Alva looks not only at what a company does, but especially at the people and the story behind the organization. This creates a versatile and coherent image library that looks professional without feeling distant or staged.

Photo with a story

 Alva Velázquez

Whether I am working on a commercial shoot or photographing a wedding, looking for spontaneous moments is a recurring theme in my work. The more spontaneous an image appears, the more authentic it feels. Even during commercial shoots, there are many ways to create that spontaneous and therefore authentic quality.

This photograph may illustrate that better than any other. Just two seconds earlier, the couple had been pointing the opened bottles toward the camera. I had told them in advance to turn toward their guests on my signal. The aim was to provoke a reaction and bring even more energy to the moment.

I think we achieved that.

This section will be added later. We ask the photographer to choose a special photograph and tell the story behind it. Until then, you will see an image from the current profile here.
