She Makes a Difference - Carla van de Puttelaar

In Zij maakt het verschil (She Makes a Difference), Carla van de Puttelaar pairs eighteen portraits of women with their personal stories. The women work towards peace, equality and the preservation of heritage, among other causes. Their motivations take centre stage alongside the photographs.
Created to mark UNESCO’s eightieth anniversary, this travelling exhibition is on view in the grounds of the Woudagemaal in Lemmer from 1 September through 30 October 2026.
