Nadav Kander – The Edge of Things

Foam presents The Edge of Things, a major solo exhibition by Nadav Kander about humanity, time, silence and vulnerability.

Foam presents The Edge of Things, a major solo exhibition by internationally acclaimed photographer Nadav Kander. The exhibition brings together several threads from his work: vulnerability, time, silence and the quiet intensity of everyday life.

On view are Kander’s landscape images along the Yangtze River, work around the Thames and photographs of charged places such as Chernobyl. His images do not only document places and people; they search for a poetic, atmospheric way to make human experience visible.

The exhibition is curated by guest curator David Campany, Creative Director of the International Center of Photography in New York, in collaboration with the Foundation for the Exhibition of Photography and Foam.

Foam is located on the Keizersgracht in central Amsterdam, making this a strong photography stop for international visitors.
