Photography Café | The Life and Work of Erwin Olaf
On 3 September at Jan van Besouw in Goirle, Piek Kock and Piotr Owczarzak share their experiences as Erwin Olaf’s assistants.
The Photography Café at Jan van Besouw on September 3rd will be dedicated to Erwin Olaf. Piek Kock and Piotr Owczarzak will share their experiences with the photographer and provide insight into his life and work. Kock was his first assistant and is now Head of Education at the Erwin Olaf Foundation; Owczarzak worked as his second assistant. They will take over the presentation from Shirley den Hartog, who is unable to attend. Visitors can ask questions, for example about photographic techniques and the working methods behind the images.
The evening begins at 8:00 PM in the Solvid Foundation Theater Hall. A ticket costs €7 including transaction fees.
