Fotobooktalks with Jeroen Hofman

Photographer Jeroen Hofman (1976) creates his landscape photographs from a cherry picker at a height of approximately twenty metres. During this Fotobooktalk, he will discuss the working method he developed to capture landscapes and their many layers.

From this elevated viewpoint, Hofman reveals how features such as a riverbed meander through the landscape. Foreground and background merge in his photographs, creating images reminiscent of modern dioramas. The evening is intended for photography enthusiasts and also offers insight into working with a technical camera.

The talk takes place on Wednesday 30 September 2026 from 8:00 to 10:00 pm in the Theater Hall at Huis van Ermelo. Tickets are available through the official event page.
