In Mixedness is my Mythology, Farren van Wyk explores the historical relationship between South Africa and the Netherlands, and themes such as migration, ethnicity, colonialism and apartheid.
The South African-Dutch photographer uses a restrained black-and-white visual language to make space for her own iconography and a personal mythology around mixed identity.
