Dutch Talent Project Grants
Rotterdam Photo and Amarte offer five emerging photographers a €3,000 production grant and mentoring. Apply free of charge by 4 October 2026.

The Dutch Talent Project Grants support new photographic work exploring the festival theme Vibrance – The Pulse of a Living World. Five selected artists will each receive €3,000, coaching and a presentation of their work in progress at Rotterdam Photo, from 17 to 21 March 2027.
The call is aimed at photographers who live, study or have completed their education in the Netherlands. Eligible applicants include third- and fourth-year photography students, graduates since 2022 from photography or related visual arts programmes, and self-taught photographers with no more than five years of professional experience.
